SELECTED WORK Elk River Living is a local and independently-owned magazine devoted to celebrating the people, businesses, and events in the communities on the Elk River, WV. It is currently in its fifth year of publication.

A driving force behind Elk River Living is to create a place that reflects the spirit and heart that defines the area. It is a platform that shines a light on the stories being made through substantive articles and unique recurring segments that honor cultural keystones, from the festivals, artists and authors, to promoting existing and new business ventures to build strong local economies. Developing or reimagining a brand is an incredible opportunity to identify core values and build the images and associations that will serve as the foundation from which equity and reputation are built moving forward.

In addition to traditional brand strategizing collaboration, I have applied my architecture know-how to the physical and experiential aspects of a company's brand needs. This includes drawing plans and elevations up to CD level, 3d-modeling structural and custom millwork to production, and wayfinding and signage design.

My approach is cross-disciplinary, and I appreciate an innovative take on the built world, assembled environments, branding, and the human experience. Exploring them through visual, verbal, and spatial representations and making unforeseen connections drives me.
